Hello again, where have I been?

I spent every day of August either at my job or at the library working on my dissertation. I'm pretty proud of the play I created so I hope I can share it with you, and audiences, soon. It was gruelling, but very fulfilling. I've never written and rewritten and edited and read and edited again my own work so much. A very educational experience.

It was submitted on the first of September and I went home to visit my family. I left my laptop behind so I couldn't write. I needed the break, and I very much enjoyed it. Between birthday parties, concerts, and arts and crafts, I am ready and excited to get creating again.

Today I was at the Opera with another writer friend and we shared our next project plans, We'll see if that helps us hold each other to them.

I have received good news from an audition so I'm excited to say I'll be performing again soon. I'm also applying for some directing jobs at the moment, so although I haven't had much new to add recently, I'm sure I'll have more to update this site with before the year is up.
